ONE
UNITED
REMNANT
Our mission at The Outpouring is to passionately pursue and produce the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ. Together, we seek to unleash the power of God's love, pouring it out upon all who are seeking redemption, healing, and salvation. Through our commitment to living out the gospel through the Holy Spirit, we aim to ignite a transformative revival that will bring about lasting impact in our communities and beyond. United as one, we endeavor to equip, build up and send out the church to glorify the Kingdom of God.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 NKJV). You may find yourself in so many situations in this thing called life, and from day to day, you never know what it will throw at you. One minute, everything is going great, and the next minute, all hell has broken out. What do you do when everything that can be shaken is now shaking, rattling, and rolling? One thing you must do is stay rooted and grounded in the unshakable Word of God, and know that He is in total control. After you pray and believe what He said is true, then you give Him thanks and wait expectantly for the answer to manifest. The scripture says: In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly (Psalm 5:3 NIV). Expectation is the key to getting believing prayers answered. Your confidence is not in your prayers, but in the God who answers prayers. Paul instructs us to: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:16 NKJV).

The only fear that God encourages in a Christian's life is the fear of God (2 Cor. 5:10-11; Heb. 10:31). For the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. (Proverbs 9:10) The fear of the Lord is not the same fear you are probably thinking of right now; it is a morally reverent fear. (H3374 yir’ah). We must understand that fear of people does not come from God. Fear Hinders! The problem is that many Christians fear people more than they fear God. Their fear hinders them from pleasing God because they waste their efforts appeasing other people. Timothy was a young man, timid by nature, and probably not strong physically (1 Tim. 5:23). He knew of Paul's frequent trials and persecutions. He knew that he, too, might suffer those same persecutions. Paul reminded his young colleague that fear of others does not come from God. Fear questions, and Fear doubts! Fear causes us to stop and question what God has clearly told us to do. Perhaps we were confident in our obedience until persecution came; now we doubt whether we heard God correctly. Most fear is fear of the unknown. We do not know what lies ahead of us, so we become apprehensive. Our imaginations can magnify problems until they seem insurmountable. We need a sound mind to see things in proper perspective. That is why God gave us His Holy Spirit, to enable us to see things as God sees them. Fear enslaves, and Fear is no excuse to disobey God. There is no reason to live in fear when you have the mighty presence of the Holy Spirit within you. Fear will enslave you, but Christ has come to set you free. Ask God to free you from any fear you are experiencing and to open your eyes. As He reveals the reality of your situation, He will enable you to continue in obedience.
